So, I have 2 iPhones: one that belongs to me and the other which belongs to my spouse. Unfortunately the one that belongs to my spouse has a generic name of iPhone. Is there a way I can rename the generic name of iPhone to my spouses name?

On your iPhone launch the settings application, then navigate to "General" then click on "About", the first item on the list should read "Name" go ahead and click on that, you can now edit the device to any name you desire.

It worked in the section on Security under my Apple ID, but, it did not work on the list of Devices under my Apple ID. Do the Devices takes longer to update? I am not sure.
How do I rename a device in my Account ID section?
