Is there anyway to connect two headphones to an Ipad Pro 11 inch 2019 model?

As far as I’m aware this is possible to do if you have air pods or power beats pro, but is there a way to do it with other wireless headphones/ear buds?

Me and my partner are going on a few Holliday next year and would like to be able to watch films together on the plane but I’m struggling to find an alternative way!
