I have an IPHONE 6 with Apple storage program. I’m sitting at 15.7 of 16 GB so I’m overloaded. What should I do now?

You cannot add memory to an iPhone. The only thing you can do is delete things you don't need or use off the phone, or buy a newer iPhone with more memory. Apple no longer sells ANY iPhone with only 16 GB storage.
