I have a Samsung smart Tv , I download the Apple Music app . I logged in and it shows the song is playing but there is no sound.

I have experienced problems like this on various TV models. It seems the problems relate to sound circuits hanging which recovered by power cycling the TV.
I would simply use the remote control to instruct the TV to power off. Most TVs also allow the set to be turned off by various buttons located on the back, side, or front. The easier method is to use the power button on the remote that came with the TV to power the set off and then back on.
So maybe unplug the TV for a few and plug it back in to see if it work?
