My Apple Watch is stuck on the time screen

I recently bought my watch and when I was checking the percentage of my phone I swiped the “clock” and now I can’t doing anything. It just shows the time on the face. I’ve looked on the app from my iPhone and I can’t find how to undo it. Please help, thank you
