Dear Apple,
I couldn’t find another way to send this. But as to all the updates that you’ve made so far, there hasn’t been a way for me to do software update using my mobile data. Haven’t any of you thought about this? Or is there a reason you don’t have this option available to your users?

You are not writing Apple, as this is a user to user only forum. You cannot do an iOS update using cellular data. Feel free to tell Apple your thoughts via the link below but don't expect a change as this was implemented at the request of the cellular providers.

Software update require a Wi-Fi connection.
No way around this fact.
