How to set iphonepromax11 to rotate the screen when I go horizontal??

Not all apps support landscape mode. That includes the Home Screens.
If the phone screen doesn’t rotate in any app, you might have accidentally turned Orientation Lock on in Control Center. The icon looks like a lock with a circular arrow around it.
