iPhone 7 No Service

Hello, I have an IPhone 7 and recently it seems to be having issues connecting and staying connected to my network service. It it completely random when it decides not to work, sometimes it only last a few minutes or an hour but this time its been a few hours. I have restarted my phone, I have reset network connections, I have made sure my updates up to date (it seems to be having issues with the latest update).

I dont know what else to do
