Cannot make purchases on this device yet.
When I try to make an in-app purchase, a notice pops up that says "You cannot make purchases on this device yet. Please try again later." What's the fix?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you’re having trouble making in-app purchases on your iPhone. I’m happy to help.
To start, make sure that all of your account information as well as payment information is correct for your Apple ID:
Manage and use your Apple ID - Apple Support
If everything looks good and you’re still running into that error, try signing out of, and then back into the iTunes & App Store. You can do so by tapping Settings > iTunes & App Store > [Apple ID] > Sign Out.
Should you sign back in and still receive an error, contact Apple Support for further assistance.
