Hello so I have a friend logged in my iCloud account on her device and I erased her on my phone but she still has my account logged in , can she still get my messages on her phone?

Do they have your Apple ID password? if so, that’s game over. Change it. Change everything.

If they’re logged into iCloud using it but you believe they do not have your password, log them out from your iCloud.
