Your post is a bit vague as I’m not sure you...

Forgot your Apple ID password - If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support.

OR

Forgot iPhone passcode - If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support.
