If i delte Minecraft, or any app that i paid for will i have to pay again? And if so will it delete my progress in the world? I am having trouble with the app right now where its freezing 5 seconds into me opening it, and i was considering deleting it then redownloading it. I dont want to risk repaying for it, or deleting my progress in the world :) Thank you for your time.

I can tell you that you will not have to pay again for an app that you have already purchased using the same Apple ID.
What I do not know is whether that game will save your data and continue where you left off. If the game or an app requires you to log on then chances are that it will save your spot. You can get more information on this by contacting the app's/game's support team.
Before you delete the app, try to Force ReStart your iPhone and see if that helps and gets the app/game to working normally again.
