No, because if your iPhone is stolen then it is obviously not going to be around a known WiFi network where it can automatically log on and be active on the internet. I recommend that if more than 3 days have passed since it was stolen AND you no longer are able to track it then cancel/suspend the service to that iPhone anyway.

If your iPhone is passcode protected then the thief will need to know it to get into your iPhone. Without the passcode, the thief will not be able access your data. The passcode cannot be changed from a computer or another iPhone.

But if they get near WiFi what all can they access if the phone is password protected and can you change the passcode from a computer or other phone?
