Macbook air (early 2015) keeps kernel panicking

My Macbook air (early 2015) constantly kernel panics. It happens when using chrome or playing games, and has the same log every single time. I've tried first aid in Mac os utilities and re-installing Mac os, yet the same crash still occurs. Any idea what's causing the problem and/or how to fix it?
