Why is this scan billing because I deleted it

Capitec: Purchase -R173.73 from SAVINGS ACCOUNT; Ref APPLE.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM IE; Avail R720.01; 07-Jun. This is the billing for scan that I deleted can I please be refunded

Deleting an app does not cancel any related subscription. To cancel, see instructions in See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


You can also try requesting a refund. See instructions in Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
