I have a hard time repairing my old Apple Watch to my iPhone

Be sure you are following the watch setup instructions properly. See Set up your Apple Watch https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204505

 

If the instructions don't help and you are sure you are using the right Apple ID/Password, then your watch might be defective. I have seen these circumstances before. If you thing it is defective, then your only option is to contact Apple Support (for help and direction about what to do). Some support options are below. Alternatively, if an Apple Store is open in your area, then you can go there to deal with your problem. In this case, you can make a genius-bar appointment (https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/) if you want. Note that, in either case, you will need to have the receipt for your purchase of the watch from an authorized Apple seller with its serial number on it.
