Bluetooth issue in MacOS after using Bootcamp

I have been pairing and using my Bluetooth headset in MacOS without issues. I recently installed Bootcamp and used it in Windows 10, again without issues. But the first time I rebooted back into MacOS I'm unable to pair my bluetooth headset. The headset still pairs with my iPad so it appears to be related to the computer. Any ideas? Thanks.

It started working after I did a power off, waited several seconds, and a power on. I would like to know why but I'm marking the issue resolved.
