Deleting Roblox off iPad for good!

Hi -- I can't seem to figure out how to delete Roblox off my son's iPad for good -- he seems to keep being able to download it from the icloud, and I want it gone. Any help?

I have tried to long press the app for an option to delete it completely but that option never comes. I have tried to see in the settings if there is a restriction to delete apps but there seems to be no such thing in the settings. Roblox for some reason was available to play even when screen time was on so I was trying to see if delete and adding it back would resolve this issue. Phew.. why can’t this be simpler.

You could restrict the ability of installing applications using Screen Time.
