Hello Valentin_36,

If I'm understanding you right, you upgraded your iCloud storage but it's not showing the correct storage amount in your device. I'd like to help you out with this.

Which storage plan did you upgrade to? The free plan is 5 GB of storage, so you would at least be charged for the 50 GB plan since that's what the screenshot shows you currently have. If you've upgraded to a plan larger than 50 GB, sign into your iCloud account here: iCloud Settings. Underneath Storage, do you see an amount different than the 50 GB you're seeing in Settings on your iPhone? No matter which amount shows on your iPhone, the correct storage plan should appear on the iCloud website. If you're seeing a larger storage amount on the website, try restarting your iPhone to see if the change is reflected afterwards.

the fact is that I just read the user agreement and could not find the answer to my question. on forums, people from 50 gigabytes fill up the entire volume gradually. someone has 20 gigabytes, someone has 24 .... and men have stopped at 5.1 .... and when I go to the “images” folder, a window pops up that iCloud has not been updated for a long time, although there is free space abundantly, for which I have been paying for the third month. that is, new information is not loaded there, because there is no space. 5 gigabytes filled up and everything, what kind of 50 gigabytes are you talking about? I will be forced to write a claim! do you really have no answer to this question?
