I need help here

Reinstall the macOS, but Back Up First

If Normal Boot and Safe Mode do not successfully runs Safari, but a mother Web browser does, then reinstall the MacOS. Nothing would be lost. It’s just that missing system files and corrupt settings, would be reinstalled and repaired, respectively.

How to:

  1. Back Up the macOS:

Go Here: Back up your Mac with Time Machine

Then....

2. Reinstall the MacOS:

Go Here: How to reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery - Apple Support. Boot holding: [Command + R], as mentioned in the link.

Note: Safari is built into the macOS and therefore cannot be removed nor reinstalled.

With Safe Mode always working...

Create a New Administrator:

When you boot into Safe Mode, items load by default, with all settings and caches set aside. So, I would assume it is a preference on this current user you are logged into on the Mac.

So, see if creating and logging in as a new administrator does the trick. There may be something misconfigured in your current user - something that is getting in the way. Go to: System Preferences > Users & Groups > Unlock > Click: "+" > Create the new administrator. If the new administrator works, then transfer everything over from this current user, and then use that new user from here on out.

Also, try the following...

  • Restart the Mac:

Perhaps you've unknowingly installed an update, and all needs to rest. For, restart the Mac. See if it then works.

Sometimes when changes are made to the system(i.e. updates), system configurations (i.e. for Sound) become manipulated, technically. So, reset the SMC and NVRAM.

  • Check Force Quit:

See if something is listed as "(Not Responding)". Go to: Apple Menu > Force Quit...> Select anything ending with "(Not Responding)". Also, which in Force Quit... be sure to select Finder, and Click "Relaunch"

Report this as a Bug to Apple:

Inform Apple of this bug. They will not get back to directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed. Their developers will look into it, and will more likely create a fix for it in updates to come.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - Safari - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "feedback type"
  3. Proceed from there as necessary.

If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor.  Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown. If the log won’t post, try posting it in Pastebin and provide a link in a reply. After pasting the report in a PasteBin page, go to the top of the page, and copy the address in the URL bar. Paste that in a new reply.        Pastebin

Well today it happened again, safari is not working properly, I've reset NVRAM and it start to work fine, but for how long?

Time Will Tell:

You should be fine with just one reset.

But, in the future, near or far, a reset would probably need to take place — perhaps for a reason absolutely irrelevant to this.
