Bought used iPhone with screen time passcode still enabled

Bought a iPhone 6s from a friend that was moving out of state and I don't know what his 4 digit screen time passcode is. I am the second owner for this iPhone 6s. How do I rest my screen time passcode for my iPhone 6s? Please help me ASAP so I can remove this **** passcode from my iPhone

There are 2 types of passcodes.


Passcode - If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone or your device is disabled.      


For Screen Time, if running an IOS version earlier than IOS 13.4


Parental Controls and Family Sharing.    


If running IOS 13.4 or later.


Screen Time passcode reset


If the 2nd Screen Time link doesn't work, erase as the first Screen Time link shows.
