Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Some apps, one of them being HKEX, do not rotate on my new iPad Pro running iPadOS 13.5.1. I have turned the rotation lock on and off several times but it doesn’t change anything. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It is up to the application’s developer if they wish to support different orientations. If this application does not rotate then there is a good chance that this application does not support that orientation.

You need to reach out to the app developer and let them know you'd like them to incorporate rotation in their app. It's completely up to the 3rd party developers to code that in. Apple doesn't have any control over that.
