I accidentally stopped sharing Family calendar with my son, now I can't add him back to the calendar. This is the Family calendar that was created automatically when we set up family sharing. How can I get him readded again.

How about temporarily stopping the family sharing, then recreating and add him back? A bit circuitous but it might work.

He is still part of the Family Share group. I've tried in the Calendar to readd him, but it never sends a notification to his device to accept.
