More information would help. Is your Apple ID disabled in the App Store/iTunes? If not that, please try restating your question and explain exactly what you are trying to do. Include whatever problems you are having and any error messages.


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
