2-Factor Authentication

My phone was stolen recently and I can't get into my icloud or anything without using the 2-Factor Authentication. Since my phone was stolen, I obviously can't access the code given to me upon logging in and I'm not sure how I can turn it off without having to need the code provided when logging in. Does anyone know what I can do about this? I need answers asap!
