Apple, where is my iPhone.

I purchased an iPhone on the 03 May and it was shipped a few weeks later, but 30 May tracking stops, message from Apple stating product will be delayed, but nothing else. No one wants to help, “just wait”.

I don’t want to wait I want my phone I payed for a month ago.

go on line and there are many in the same situation. Come on Apple

Pick up Reservation, Phone Was Out of STOCK I placed an order for a iPhone 15 Plus 256 GB in Pink Saturday night with a reservation time of Sunday 9/24/23 at 3:15-3:30pm. I arrived at the pick-up location which was 2 hours from where I live at 3pm waited 1 and 1/2 hours in the reservation pick up line to finally get with an associate to be informed that my "reserved" "PAID FOR" phone was OUT OF STOCK. How this happened is beyond me. I was told I would have it mailed expedited shipped to me and that I would have a tracking number for it today 9/25/23. I have not received any update or tracking number as of yet. I cannot believe Apple took my money and I have no phone. Has this happened to anyone else and if so WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?!

Iphone Package delayed/ delivered to wrong facility by UPs I am very nervous to know the state of my phone. I ordered a brand new iPhone 14 pro max January 27th and was given the delivered date by January 31st. Since then I found out the phone has been delivered to a different facility and they had to reroute it. I received no update about the new delivered date and was left lost. I opened a claim for a lost package and now they are investigating. Then I saw apple update my package arriving soon but UPs still says it is delayed and investigation open. What does this mean?

I bought an iphone 11 I bought an iphone 11 on the on the 8th of july and it was supposed to be delivered on the 9th I traveled over seas on the 10th so I received an email saying the shipment will be delivered on the 10th so i called apple to tell them that i will not be home so no one will receive the phone amd I cancelled it but they never sent me money back and no one received the phone
