there are green lines all over my phone. Who can assist me with this?

you may have a hardware problem

However before having it repaired you will have to

backup
restore to factory settings as though you were selling it

so why not do that and check the screen then.

If no improvement send it for repair ($200-300 out of warranty) or replace the phone

If it works well, restore from backup
