activity not on my phone

Question

watch registers activity but not on my phone while watch is connected to phone. I don't want to lose my activities from my watch...what can I do?

Okey I did it, my activity's are still on my watch! Not on my iPhone..what can I do next ;)

Unpair and re-pair the watch.

No you don't lose your activity,it just resets the settings on the watch.
