I lost more than 1 thousand photos,I don’t know why cuz I don’t understand all options of apple mobiles so i want to know how to restore them i’m really need these photos

cuz it’s all i have of my memories

If you go to iCloud.com (via a computer browser), are they in the Recently Deleted folder?
