I cannot add money to cash card. Everytime I try it says verify identity. Even if I put wrong info it says verified. An I still can’t add. I also can’t send or receive money thru text. I had no issues about 3 weeks ago doing all of this.

Are you getting a message saying it is restricted or locked? If your Apple Cash account is restricted or locked - Apple Support
No just asks me to verify my Id then I complete that an it does add any money then I need to verify again. Also cannot receive cash or send via text anymore
