Question: 3rd Party Keyboard Stops Working in OS 10.15.5

I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports) running OS 10.15.5 and am using a 3rd party keyboard connected to one of the USB-C ports. The keyboard will intermittently stop working. I've gone through troubleshooting steps with the manufacturer and they've replaced the board with a new one and the issue still presents itself. I did not have this problem until I upgraded to 10.15.5.


Restarting the Mac clears the issue for a time, but it typically occurs 3-4x/day.


I have reset the SMC controller, but that has not cleared the problem.
