Question: Apple arcade subscription
there is no option to cancel apple arcade subscription in app store nor settings , it’s pretty urgent cuz money is tight , how can i cancel it ?

It says in your screenshot that your subscription will expire in four days. It doesn't say it will be renewed on that date, but gives options to renew should you choose to. It has already been cancelled. so you cannot cancel it again.
