Exchange server not working on my iphone

My son got a new iphone and his email (he has his own account) was on my phone, I deleted his account but now my emai is not working, "connection to server has failed",I deleted and re-added my exchange account, any advice...

IOS 15 and OUTLOOK APP ISSUE after IOS15 update my outlook app wont connect to my email server, i have verified there is no issues on the server side. it has to be the IOS update and apple issue. please help
