I’ve done the calibration several times and it still is saying I’m climbing 100 extra flights a day - it’s already records 5 flights and I haven’t gotten out of bed. The support documents from Apple haven’t worked. Do I have a bad product?
Hi! I have been having the exact same issue as well for a few weeks (and it is also over-counting exercise minutes) and posted on the Community yesterday. I haven’t had any replies, so I’m hoping that others might be able to help both of us! Have owned the watch 1 1/2 years and it just started doing this out of the blue recently.
That’s how old my watch is too. I decided to try to reset the factory settings to see if it helps.
I tried the same thing to reset it to factory and it is still WAY off... I’m still hoping that someone has a fix for it!
