How do I get my iPhone 6 to switch on data for other applications cause I have tried resetting it but it still doesn’t want to switch one data for all applications

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. I understand you are having problems enabling cellular data for some apps on your iPhone 6.
"Go to Settings > Cellular, then turn Cellular Data on or off for any app that can use cellular data.
If a setting is off, iPhone uses only Wi-Fi for that service."
