i update my ipad and forget icloud password then i recover my icloud pasword now my ipad still ask for old pasword which i have change

salam guyz . I had an ipad , I used that ipad and later on I forget my icloud pasword and I update my ipad . now when I update my ipad they still ask for id and pasword but I forget the pasword so then I recover my pasword and then I put the icloud id and the recoverd pasword but my ipad can not accept it . then I research and got on a point that I remove my device form icloud account so that may help me to sign in on my ipad . but this thing may also not worked for me I face the same issue of my old pasword which I don't remembered . so please help me out to start my device .
