Is the "Stocks" app available for Apple TV?

I want to turn my TV into a stock ticker and have been going down the list of possible ways to accomplish that... thought I'd ask for some ideas. Apple's "Stocks" app would be great but I couldn't find it on the TV app store. There is an app 'Stock Wall' that looks perfect, but it doesn't appear to have TSX-V symbols, other apps I tried either didn't work or also didn't have TSX-V symbols.

I know I can airplay etc... but was hoping for an independent solution that can run 24/7.

I thought about quickly making a webpage with the stock tickers I want and letting the Apple TV sit on that page, but have since learned Apple didn't put a browser in the aTV. Actually now that I think of it, I do have a QNAP nas on the network for plex... it has an with Chrome in it i could use to surf to a custom page.

Lot's of "buts"!

Any other ideas welcome.

To accomplish what you want, just use the 'Screen Mirroring" feature of and iPhone, iPad or Mac to display the Stocks app running on another device to the TV using an Apple TV. It's not ideal but it will work. The alternative is to directly hook up a device to your TV using an HDMI cable.

The upside to this is you can run any Stocks app that you desire not just the included Stock pp.
