Hi, I have a early 2011 mac pro. I currently have 10.12.6 (MacOS Sierra) on it and I am trying to upgrade to High Sierra but I can't seem to find the upgrade anywhere.
Can someone help me please?

Trash the Install MacsOS High Sierra.app or MacsOS Sierra.app in Applications then a new copy can be downloaded.
Thank you for your reply. Yesterday I used this to upgrade to 10.13.6.
at that point I was at 10.11 (El capitan). I downloaded it successfully and installed it but it only upgraded me to 10.12.6.
right now when I clicked on the link you sent me, it took me to the same page and on the top left it says open but when I click on that nothing happens!!!

Unfortunately no. I have been trying to download it for the past couple of days and it goes from calculating to estimating 30 minutes and suddenly stopping.
Can you use Ethernet instead of Wifi, or have someone with a faster connection down load it to a USB stick for you?
