Damaged iPad Mini charging port

Hello everyone. Can someone please help me? My iPad Mini is not charging anymore, I even bought a new charger from Apple but still it won’t charge. I think the charger port has a damage, so I cleaned it but still it won’t charge. How much will it cost me (Euro) if Apple repairs it? Or should I just go to a gadget repair shop? I don’t really know what to do. Thank youuuu
