Dark mode dual monitor issue solid white bar

I had a problem and searched for the solution in this community. When i had dual monitor setup with macbook pro (2017) in dark mode, everytime I clicked the desktop on the external monitor (main screen) the top bar of the macbook became solid white. I couldn't find any solution. It didn't solve either when i updated to Catalina.

Today I opened a finder window on de second monitor and dragged it to the built-in screen of the macbook. Then I clicked on the desktopbackground of the built-in screen. I moved back to the external monitor and clicked. Finally the top bar didn't turn solid white.

So when i opened finder window on macbookscreen and clicked first on macbook screenbackground and to continue i clicked the external monitor background.

Does this also solve it for you guys?
