SOLVED: Fans not speeding up on MBPro 2018

i have solved the problem I've posted in another thread and wanted to share my solution without having to reply on that thread, so the solution could be visible from the title itself.

Here are the actions I made BEFORE having done what fixed my issue:
in order:
- SMC reset
- Apple Diagnostic tool (hold "D" at startup)
- PRAM reset
- SMC reset 2 times in a row
- Disk Backup(kinda useless information, I did it to avoid any unexpected issue for the step below)
- S.O.S. disk check on both OS and DATA disks, from MacOS Recovery
Provided that I didn't identify the cause to the problem(but probably there's something to do with the power cord), the solution that I found is the following:
I did another SMC reset and then I had to disconnect my MBP from the power supply(but I don't really recall if it was before or after I've disconnected it, I have done so many of them).
I left it closed for a while, while I moved it. then tried to stress it a little. the fans were going normally.
I came back to where I keep the power cord hooked up to the mains and confirmed that the fans were indeed speeding up normally while on battery power only.
after that I reconnected it to the power supply and tried to stress it, but the problem resurfaced, then tried doing SMC reset while connected to the mains with no success.
At last I've disconnected it from the mains and left it idle but awake to let it cool down a bit and performed an SMC reset while off the mains. it started working fine back again. I finally stressed it and when the fans got to around 4500+ RPM I reconnected the power cord. now it's working as good as new even while on power supply.
note that I'm not 100% sure this is the solution to the problem.
if this doesn't work for you after doing the regular checks (apple diag. PRAM&SMC reset) I recommend you do a backup and bring your device to the closest Apple Store to have it checked.
