Backup List/schedule

What is the automatic backup schedule? Is it every night? Or like if I do a manual Back Up Now then does that prevent an auto backup that night or for 24 hrs or what?

And how many Backups does it keep? If it back ups every night won't that fill up the cloud in just a couple days?

How do you see a list of backups? Only when you do a Restore? In settings it just shows the Last Successful backup: yesterday

First, see the "Automatically back up with iCloud Backup" section in:

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

and the "Locate and manage backups stored in iCloud" section in:

Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Basically, automatic backups are made once a day when the device is connected to the charger and WI-FI and the screen is locked. iCloud keeps one backup per device and the daily backups are incremental after the initial backup.
