That would depend on how much data needs to be transferred, how strong your wifi connection is and if you're leaving the phone only so it does its job.

Thank you but it ended up being the incorrect Verizon passcode and for some reason it just keep spinning and nothing happened. I exited out and entered the right passcode and things are moving along. Thank you again!
