Question: Lost documents

I write a diary every day on Pages. Today the diary and all my documents have disappeared. I have icloud turned on but nothing has reappeared. I am desperate. Please someone help!

On the Mac, System Preferences : iCloud : iCloud Drive : Options : Pages. When this is selected, a Pages folder will be present in iCloud Drive, and the Pages application can access those files. When that preceding System Preference for Pages is deselected, then the Pages folder on iCloud disappears, and the Mac Pages application can no longer find files stored in the Pages folder on iCloud Drive.


Check that you have not changed the first paragraph and vanished your files in that manner.

This is the Pages for Mac community, and responses will be in kind. Just showing an iPad in your profile is insufficient to communicate that this was a Pages on iOS question. I don't own an iPad that I can install Pages onto, so will be of no further help.
