I have been using Movavi 18 to edit videos for over a year now. I have upgraded to Movavi 20. When I upload a video, the sound come through OK, but there is no video. Tried to use their converter, but there is no video to convert.

Even though you just upgraded, it's good to manually verify that the app is up to date: Update apps or use automatic downloads
