It depends if those developers have updated those applications. 7 years ago Apple transitioned iPad’s processor architecture meaning that old legacy applications would not run on more modern devices. Most applications were either updated or abandoned.

Simply download them from the Apple App Store. Provided that you sign-in to the App Store with the same AppleID, all your purchased Apps, in still supported, remain available for download on your other/new devices.

What model is your current iPad and what software version is it running? Look in Settings > General > About:

If you are running iOS 11.X or higher you should have no issues.
