Change email layout without truncating the middle part of content on iOS

Sometime, when I go into a group of email threads under same conversation, I found the mail content was truncated the middle portion. It often mixes the email body and people signature. Unless I click "See More", I always got confused by wrong signature. It is very annoying. I think this function should not truncate the middle portion of email randomly, it should only omit the bottom of email content if the thread is too long. Is there any setting to change this behaviour?
