My kids mother give a phone that somebody stole from her sprint made her pay 100 to get off the blacklist but it still on the blacklist
The original owner will need to call the carrier and request it be removed. I don't know who she gave the $100 to but it wasn't Sprint.

Once again, only the original owner, whoever that may be, can get the phone removed from the carrier's blacklist. I've never heard of a U.S. carrier charging the original owner to remove the phone from the blacklist (I worked for one for 20 years). And I've never heard of one removing the phone from the blacklist for anyone else.
Question: How do I get the iPhone 8 off the blacklist
