Hi. I was trying to buy more iCloud storage kept putting my password to conform and nothing it’s kept saying cannot connect. And I know I’m not putting the wrong password from my icloud, is there another way I can get more storage?

If you can’t purchase from your iOS device, you can try via a computer - Buy more iCloud storage - Apple Support.
