AirPods Pro Noise Cancellation Missing on 10.15.x

I don't see AirPods Pro noise cancellation options in Sound Menubar (latest 10.15 version), even though I'm connected to the AirPods. How can I enable? Thanks!

No, but the noise cancellation works fine on iOS. macOS however isn't showing the option.
